To set the scene, I travel for work and have been for 11 years. While I am on the road I shop at Sprouts and Whole foods all around the country. This Sprouts in St George Utah has the absolute worst customer service. Not the cashiers but everyone else especially their meat department. I wish I could say I was exaggerating but every single time I go in, there is not one person to help me get my meat. I like to buy shrimp so I need help bagging it up and weighing it. If I could do it on my own I would, but I need help but never see anyone behind the counter to help me. I’ve spoken to a manager and he was nice and told me they are working on getting people trained to do the job but that was a month ago and when I went there today the same thing happened. No help behind the counter!

This place has outrageous prices. The produce is not very good. Tried to get bananas and they were all over ripe. July 7 and strawberries were seven dollars a pack and 50% off the 2nd package. They were all too ripe. You have to bring your own bags or they charge you $.11 a bag, which is just a hassle. Especially if you forget your bags in 110° heat, not going back out to the car to get them. I can shop at Harmon for these prices and find pretty much as many organics. Self check out of course and no one to help you find a thing in the store. Not a happy shopping trip!

Great place. Everyone is so nice and helpful.. had the pleasure of speaking with a fellow named Tim. Super nice guy. Helped me pick out some great products! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We were super excited when Sprouts first arrived and we were there on opening day. We became hooked on a variety of items, especially their cooked garlic shrimp, steak, Italian sandwiches, etc. The next couple of trips we bought and enjoyed all of those things. However, the last three trips have been a disappointment. Not only have they not had those items but they are also out of other things like the instant oats, garlic green beans, precooked Brussel Sprouts and creamy cauliflower potatoes, just to name a few things. Lots of empty shelves, especially in the deli. We once again left with about a third of the items we intended to purchase. Depending on who you ask, it's either a distribution issue or a managerial issue. Since other Sprouts don't seem to be experiencing this problem, I'm going to guess the latter. We'll try them again but if this continues, the short honeymoon period is over and we won't return.

Today was their grand opening and I have to say, I'll be back. All fruits and veggies are organic, meats have no antibiotics, many types of organic coffees, nuts and prepared meals. The frozen section has many good options and great selection of personal products. Cheese selection was great. I am so glad this wonderful store has come to our area!
